Design and Implementation of Nonisolated High Step-Up DC-DC Converter

چکیده

This article presents a novel structure for high step-up DC-DC converter. The proposed converter offers several advantages, including simple structure, voltage gain, efficiency, reduced stress on the semiconductors, and fewer components. A two-winding coupled inductor has been employed to enhance output level in this topology. suggested only one power switch with low ON-state resistance (RDS-ON), reducing losses. Moreover, zero-voltage switching (ZVS) zero-current (ZCS) features of diodes result have improved overall efficiency. To evaluate ascertain enhanced performance configuration, study different modes operation, steady-state investigation, comparative between other relevant topologies are presented. laboratory prototype is designed implemented an input 12 V, 150 200 W rated under 50 kHz frequency. maximum efficiency recommended topology measured at power, equal 96.98%. Also, range from 350 W, obtained higher than 95%.
